4th Level started out of the desire to see churches and organizations equipping ordinary Christians to live everyday with gospel intentionality with the goal of reaching the 4th level of leadership development. With both a church and para-church organization history, we've developed and tested methods of raising up leaders who are able to lead others.

Believing the best churches and organizations are those who are able to pass of leadership to others, we set out to create transferrable resources, training, and coaching to help other leaders become mulitplying leaders themselves.

Our focus is on creating a movement of gospel leaders who are able to catalyze their people to join Jesus in making and maturing disciples to the 4th Level.
