We help you create a personalized, practical plan conducive to your unique context no matter your size, structure, or location. We get to know your strengths and struggles as a church or organization and walk alongside you to craft a plan for you to begin to take steps towards lasting discipleship and leader development.

FOR CHURCHES & ORGANIZATIONS
We know a good game plan is simply just that, a plan, unless you are able to get others into the game. We want to help you get others into the game and leverage the gifts God has already provided your organization. To that end we provide:
Weekend Workshops: in-person trainings for your people to learn the process, the goal, and the culture needed to develop mature disciples and leaders to the 4th Level.
Marks of Maturity: over 100 lessons covering 36 submarks the Bible calls every Christian to mature in. These lessons provide a skeleton for any leader to pick up and simply prepare in order to help others live for Jesus Christ in everyday life.
Gospel in 3D: 5-10 minute videos helping the ordinary Christian to apply the truths of the gospel to everyday life situations.

For Interns & Future Pastors
Do you feel called by God to pursue full-time church ministry, but feel you need more hands on training? We've got an opportunity for you.
We provide 2 kinds of internships to give you a full and rich experience to learn hands on how we develop and mature leaders for the next level.
1. Summer Internship: 8-10 week in-depth exposure to the inner life of a church developing and maturing leaders while living on mission and applying the truths of the gospel to everyday life.
2. Pastoral Training: 3 year track for church planters or revitalizers where you will get the opportunity to know the ins and outs of a church on mission with the gospel while given hands on experience to immediately apply what you are learning.
